Surrendering a Greyhound through Elysian Fields Sanctuary

If you are in need of surrendering your greyhound, please complete the form below and we will be in touch. We can’t always take in new surrenders if we are at maximum capacity but are happy to hold greyhounds on a waiting list if required.

PLEASE NOTE - There is a $300 surrender fee for all greyhounds which is to help us cover some of the expenses in bringing in a new hound into our program. All hounds are vet checked upon arrival which includes a dental clean and examination (and dental work as needed), vaccinations, worming and tick treatment.

Once a surrender is confirmed, we will work with you to organise transport.
